Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will design and implement individualized, evidence-Based treatment plans to support individuals with developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervising staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective behavioral interventions.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field and possess an active bcba certification. Additionally, 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and a valid driver's license are required.
