Floater Behavioral Aide -San Leandro

The behavioral aide will implement individual education plans and behavior intervention plans to support students with special needs in k-12 school settings. They will provide one-On-One instructional support, monitor student behavior, and record data on progress while collaborating with teachers and clinical staff.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, a valid driver's license, and experience working with students in school or treatment settings. The role requires the ability to travel to different school sites and maintain necessary background and health clearances.
