Enrollment Specialist

The enrollment specialist facilitates family and community activities while managing eligibility records and caseloads for head start programs. They conduct in-Person and telephone interviews, maintain waiting lists, and perform home visits to ensure program attendance and compliance.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience. The role requires the ability to obtain specific certifications in social work or human services within 18 months and pass background and medical screenings.
