Lead Twos Teacher - Flexible Schedule

The lead teacher is responsible for establishing a safe, nurturing learning environment and implementing activities that support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. They must also maintain child portfolios, use assessment tools, and foster positive relationships with families.

Candidates must meet illinois state qualifications and possess either a cda, some college credits with a commitment to complete ece courses, or a bachelor's degree in an early childhood field. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and interact closely with children at their level.
