Core responsibilities
The behavior aide will work one-On-One with students to implement behavior support plans and track progress toward iep goals. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide de-Escalation, crisis management, and personal care support in a classroom setting.
Requirements summary
The position requires a high school diploma and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Experience working in an educational setting with students who have intensive behavioral needs is preferred.
