Claremont/Woodland Academy School NP

The nurse practitioner provides comprehensive primary care, including well-Child exams and chronic disease management, to students and their families in a school-Based setting. They also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver health education and coordinate holistic care services.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in nursing and possess at least two years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for pediatric backgrounds. Current massachusetts licensure as a nurse practitioner and national certification are required.
