Provide direct instructional services to students with visual impairments to facilitate safe and independent travel in various settings. Develop and adapt orientation and mobility goals, curriculum, and training environments to meet individual student needs.
Requirements summary
Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a certified orientation and mobility specialist (Coms) certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field is preferred.
