Youth Program Leader - Northridge

Program leaders facilitate after-School activities including homework help, enrichment clubs, and recreation games while ensuring a safe environment for students. They are responsible for monitoring student behavior, managing group dynamics, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in youth programs and possess 48 college credit units or pass an academic proficiency exam. Applicants are also required to pass a background check, provide a negative tb test, and be able to commute to the school site.
