Inclusion Support Specialist

The inclusion support specialist coaches program staff on positive behavior strategies and inclusive engagement practices to support students with diverse needs. They are also responsible for collecting and analyzing behavioral data while collaborating with families and school partners to ensure consistent program implementation.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with youth and possess an associate degree or higher in a related field. Required certifications include cpr/First aid, negative tb test results, and clear fingerprinting, with a preference for rbt certification.
