Core responsibilities
As a behavior technician, you will work closely with a board certified behavior analyst to implement individualized treatment plans and provide 1-On-1 in-Home aba therapy. You will log daily observations and report critical data to monitor client progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience providing aba therapy and be willing to obtain registered behavior technician certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with children on the autism spectrum are essential.
