Position Overview

We are seeking a caring and dependable Infant Assistant Teacher to support our infant classroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with babies and wants to grow in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, nurturing infant classroom Assist with feeding, diapering, naps, and daily care routines Engage infants through sensory play, music, and early language experiences Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment Communicate positively with families during daily interactions Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Experience working with infants or young children preferred Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices helpful CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
