The Learning Experience – Columbus Circle is seeking a dedicated Infant Teacher who enjoys supporting early milestones through responsive care and meaningful interaction.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, responsive care in a safe and engaging infant classroom Support feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized daily routines Implement sensory and language-rich activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum Track developmental progress and maintain classroom documentation Partner with families through daily communication and updates Maintain compliance with NYC childcare licensing and safety standards Collaborate with teaching team to ensure a consistent classroom experience

Qualifications

One of the following required

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Associate degree in Early Childhood Education CDA credential High school diploma plus 5 years of professional childcare experience Experience working with infants required Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices Must meet NYC childcare licensing requirements
