Behavior Technician

The role involves providing instruction by targeting aba programs and implementing behavior intervention plans using principles of applied behavior analysis for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The technician will also collect data, assist with parent training, and support clinical assessments.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have a valid california driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance to travel to client locations. Rbt certification is a plus but not always required, and the ability to accept constructive feedback is necessary.
