About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly with children with autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Services are provided in home, community, and/or clinic settings, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized ABA programs and behavior intervention plans Provide 1:1 support to children in various settings Collect and track behavioral data during sessions Support parent training and skill generalization Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team Assist with assessments as needed ⚖️ Important Considerations Working in ABA is incredibly rewarding, but it also requires: Patience and emotional presence Consistency and reliability Willingness to learn and apply feedback A genuine commitment to each child’s progress We are looking for individuals who are ready to grow in this field and contribute meaningfully, rather than those seeking a temporary or trial experience.
