Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will implement behavior intervention plans and provide instruction targeting aba programs using principles of applied behavior analysis for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities also include collecting data, assisting with parent training, and supporting clinical assessments as needed.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma and have a valid california driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance for travel to client locations. Rbt certification is a plus but not always required, and the ability to accept constructive feedback is necessary.
