Behavior Technician

The role involves providing instruction by targeting aba programs and implementing behavior intervention plans using principles of applied behavior analysis for children with autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. The technician will also collect data, assist with parent training, and support clinical assessments primarily in client homes and the community.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have a valid california driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance, as travel to various session locations is required. Rbt certification is a plus but not mandatory, and the ability to accept constructive feedback is necessary.
