Teacher Assistant - Elementary ESE

The paraprofessional collaborates with teachers to implement iep goals, behavior strategies, and small group instruction for students with intense needs. They are also responsible for documenting academic progress, maintaining classroom resources, and ensuring compliance with agency and state guidelines.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of classroom experience, preferably with students who have disabilities or behavior needs. Cpi training and strong data tracking skills are also required.
