Youth Counselor

Youth counselors supervise students in dorms and classrooms while participating in daily counseling sessions. They work as part of a team to help youth redirect negative behaviors toward positive, socially acceptable patterns.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree in human services preferred for a higher pay rate. The role requires the ability to work in a structured residential treatment environment.
