Wraparound Facilitator for Howard

Facilitators help families develop wraparound teams and create care plans based on individual strengths and needs. They also facilitate regular community-Based meetings to review progress and ensure families access necessary services.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least 24 months of experience in fields such as case management, child welfare, or education. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are also required.
