Core responsibilities
The youth leader assists in facilitating sports-Specific activities and engages with children to promote teamwork, confidence, and ymca values. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment and communicating effectively with families regarding participant progress.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and possess a commitment to inclusion and child safety. Previous experience working with children in sports is preferred, and proof of mmr vaccination is required.
