Core responsibilities
The youth development staff is responsible for the safety, supervision, and engagement of children in the child watch and family activity center. They collaborate to develop and implement academic and enrichment programs while maintaining open communication with families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and possess the ability to build positive relationships with diverse groups. Two years of experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 11 years is preferred.
