Youth Development Staff - Central

The youth development staff is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of children while leading engaging activities like crafts, games, and sports. They also collaborate with families to provide high-Quality care and maintain accurate attendance records.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess the ability to build positive relationships with diverse groups. While not strictly required, two years of experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 11 years is preferred.
