Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Long Island City

The behavior technician will assist classroom teachers in implementing individualized education and behavior intervention plans for students with autism. They will provide direct support to students, document progress, and collaborate with the behavioral team to maintain a structured learning environment.

A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree or higher in a related field preferred. Candidates should have a passion for supporting students with special needs and a willingness to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification.
