INTERNSHIP - Aftercare/YCA Internship (55248)

The intern will support youth and young adults transitioning to independence by assisting with case management, resource coordination, and program operations. Responsibilities include conducting intake processes, documenting case notes, and supporting outreach efforts within a trauma-Informed framework.

Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. While all majors are accepted, a background in human services or related fields is preferred.
