Self-Sufficiency Advocate - PT - Remote (55138)

As a self-Sufficiency advocate, you will provide aftercare services to former foster care recipients and assist them in moving toward self-Sufficiency. This includes assessment, case management, and maintaining contact with clients and relevant stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of related experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
