Phlebotomy Instructor

The phlebotomy instructor will deliver hands-On, industry-Aligned training to adult learners to prepare them for certification exams and entry-Level healthcare roles. The role also involves maintaining a safe lab environment, managing equipment, and fostering relationships with healthcare employers to support student job placement.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4+ years of phlebotomy or clinical healthcare experience. A national certification such as nha, amt, or ascp is preferred, along with the ability to obtain an indiana workplace specialist license.
