The clinical nurse educator plans, facilitates, and implements training programs for clinical team members. They ensure that staff receive proper medical and technical instruction to maintain high standards of patient care.

Candidates must hold at least an associate's degree, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and possess 3-5 years of relevant experience. A basic life support certification through the aha is required, along with any additional specialty-Specific certifications.
