Core responsibilities
The pre-Ets coach provides individualized transition services to students with disabilities to help them explore career interests and develop workplace readiness skills. They coordinate with schools, families, and vocational rehabilitation counselors to secure work-Based learning opportunities and maintain accurate program documentation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have experience working with youth or young adults with disabilities and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A valid driver's license is required, and an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
