Staff Development and Training Associate

The staff development and training associate oversees the creation and maintenance of employee training records while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. They also design and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and support organizational goals.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree in human services or health care preferred. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to pass criminal background and drug screenings.
