Core responsibilities
The lead teacher will complete a sponsored montessori credential training program and subsequently launch and lead a classroom of up to 20 children aged three through five, planning and delivering instructional activities that facilitate active montessori learning experiences. Responsibilities also include creating learning opportunities to support holistic child development and maintaining regular communication with families to support each child's progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience as a lead teacher for children aged 3-5, along with two years of experience working with children and families in low-Income communities or equivalent personal experience.
