Daytime Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist provides intensive supervision and residential care for children and adolescents within a therapeutic environment. They are responsible for tracking treatment progress, facilitating programming, and maintaining a safe, nurturing living space.

Candidates must hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science field or possess relevant experience working with youth. Strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and a commitment to mental health wellness are required.
