Youth Development Specialist (Youth Counselor)

The youth development specialist provides intensive supervision and residential care for children and adolescents within a treatment setting. They are responsible for documenting treatment progress, facilitating programming, and serving as a positive role model for residents.

Candidates must hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science field or possess equivalent relevant experience. Proven experience working with youth who have significant mental health needs is required.
