RBT

The rbt provides direct 1

1 or small group behavioral interventions to clients with asd and other developmental disabilities under bcba supervision. They are responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and supporting skill generalization across various settings.

Candidates must maintain an rbt credential in good standing with the bacb and adhere to the rbt ethics code 2.0. The role requires the ability to accurately collect data and maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
