Instructional Assistant - Regular Classroom - Multi Grade

The instructional assistant supports classroom teachers by implementing instructional goals, assisting with classroom activities, and working directly with students. They also perform administrative tasks, maintain a safe learning environment, and provide academic or behavioral interventions as needed.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and be working toward an associate’s degree or cda credential, or meet essa requirements. The role requires the ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
