Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba is responsible for overseeing clinical programming for a caseload of approximately 7 clients to ensure high-Quality, ethical, and individualized care. They also lead and supervise behavior technicians while maintaining consistent communication and training for caregivers.

Candidates must hold a bcba or bcba-D certification and maintain active licensure in the state of practice. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with mac os, and the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, kneeling, and running to ensure client safety.
