Easterseals Crossroads is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Children’s Therapy Services team. At Easterseals Crossroads, you’ll join a supportive, interdisciplinary team committed to helping children achieve greater independence and quality of life. This role provides the opportunity to support children and families through high-quality occupational therapy services in clinic-based and Early Intervention (First Steps) settings, while working within a collaborative, mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evaluation and ongoing therapy services to pediatric consumers in clinic, home, and community-based settings. You will partner closely with families and other professionals to support each child’s development and independence.

Key responsibilities include

  • Conducting evaluations; developing treatment diagnoses, goals, and plans
  • Providing direct OT interventions
  • Collaborating with families on home programming and transition planning
  • Fabricating or recommending adaptive equipment and assistive devices
  • Managing a clinical caseload and maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Communicating with service coordinators and stakeholders
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings, trainings, and professional development.

Education and Experience

  • Must have a valid Indiana license to be considered
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Experience in schools preferred but not required
