- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in weekly consults, mentorship, and case discussions

Schedule Details
- 24–40 hours/week (full-time or part-time)
- Afterschool availability required
- Hybrid model with in-clinic therapy + remote admin time

Required
- California SLP license, RPE, or SLPA
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for family-centered, ethical therapy
- Curiosity and desire to keep growing
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Interest or experience in AAC, voice, aphasia, adult neuro
- Desire to expand into advanced clinical work or leadership
