Core responsibilities
The preschool teacher will nurture children's social, emotional, and cognitive development by creating an inclusive classroom environment and leading engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons. They are also responsible for tracking developmental progress, maintaining accurate records, and building strong partnerships with families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an associate degree or a child development associate (Cda) credential and possess 45 dcf clock hours. Experience supporting children with disabilities and the ability to meet physical demands, such as lifting up to 50 lbs, are also required.
