Staff Development Trainer

The staff development trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions covering topics like aces, trauma-Informed care, child development, and behavioral health. This role also involves facilitating annual aces training, building community partnerships to expand opportunities, and tracking/Reporting on training data and learner outcomes.

Candidates should ideally possess certifications such as cplp or cptd, along with preferred experience in behavioral health, human services, education, or social work. A minimum of an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, alongside experience in public speaking.
