Clinical Performance and Safety Specialist Trainer

The performance and safety specialist delivers critical training programs, including new hire orientation, cpr, and crisis prevention. They are responsible for monitoring staff competencies and collaborating with leadership to ensure safety practices and training needs are met at assigned units.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare field. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree, experience in a training role, and relevant certifications such as emt or cna.
