Clinical Performance and Safety Specialist Trainer (Tuscon)

The performance and safety specialist delivers critical training programs, including new hire orientation, cpr, and crisis prevention, to ensure a competent and safe workforce. They also collaborate with leadership to monitor staff performance and implement unit-Specific safety and training plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare field. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree, experience in training or education, and relevant certifications such as emt or cna.
