The behavior technician provides 1

1 aba services in a clinic setting, implementing behavioral programs and collecting data under the supervision of a licensed analyst. They also collaborate on individualized goals, maintain client materials, and participate in team meetings to review progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. A minimum of six months of experience working with children, preferably those with special needs, is required.
