Responsibilities also include leading daily instruction, managing classroom environments, overseeing staff, monitoring student progress, and maintaining professional family interactions.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related field, along with a valid virginia special education teaching license for adapted curriculum k-12 or a specific disability endorsement. One year of experience instructing individuals with autism using aba principles is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.
