(RN) Nursing Professional Development Generalist

The nurse professional development generalist manages the development and execution of staff education for designated populations, acting as a learning facilitator for orientation, practice transitions, and continuing education. This role is accountable for staff development aspects aimed at improving quality, safety, and patient outcomes, while also supporting system performance improvement initiatives.

A valid registered nurse (Rn) license in the state(S) of practice is mandatory upon hire, along with basic life support (Bls) certification. Additional advanced or specialized life support certifications, such as acls or pals, are required based on the specific specialty area.
