Talent Development Specialist - Special Projects

This role involves managing a caseload of participants, providing counseling and mentoring, assessing their needs, and developing individualized employment plans to achieve self-Sufficiency. The specialist is responsible for tracking progress, ensuring accountability, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating access to necessary training and employment services.

Candidates must possess at least an associate degree or equivalent work experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated customer service abilities. Preferred qualifications include one to three years of experience in workforce development or related programs, and familiarity with local community needs and resources.
