Autism Specialist Trainee - Arkansas

The bt/Rbt is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior analytic services under the supervision of a bcba. They assist in implementing treatment plans, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and complete 40 hours of paid training within 90 days of hire. They must also pass a criminal background check and drug screen, as well as the rbt competency assessment and exam.
