Core responsibilities
As a certified behavior technician, you will work one-On-One with children using evidence-Based aba techniques to promote their independence and personal growth. You will implement behavior plans, monitor outcomes, and communicate with families and behavior analysts to advocate for individual needs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged equivalent and complete 40 hours of cbt training. A cbt license is preferred, along with reliable transportation and the ability to engage physically with children in a fast-Paced environment.
