Crisis Learning and Development Specialist

The specialist leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for crisis staff. They collaborate with leadership to ensure training initiatives are evidence-Informed and aligned with organizational best practices.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field or five years of experience as a certified peer recovery specialist. A minimum of three years of experience in training, learning and development, or crisis services is required.
