Staff Physical Therapist, Adult Acute Care

The staff physical therapist is responsible for evaluating patient needs and implementing comprehensive, medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans. They also document patient care, participate in clinical education for students, and maintain productivity standards within the acute care unit.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and possess a valid new york state physical therapy license or temporary permit. Additionally, current bls or cpr/Aed certification is required upon entry to the position.
