Registered Nurse Instructor (5 years Critical Care/Emergency Medicine experience required)

The instructor is responsible for orienting new staff members, teaching required courses, providing in-Service training, and developing educational programs based on performance assessments. Key duties include planning and delivering education, assessing staff competency during orientation, and maintaining accurate administrative records for the site.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a master's degree, along with four to five years of recent full-Time nursing experience, including two to three years in the specialty area (Critical care/Emergency medicine). A current new york state registered nurse license is required, along with demonstrated patient care competency and prior involvement in orientation or preceptorship programs.
